These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of dendag (dendag.dk), operated by protopoc (CVR No. 46675215), Denmark ("we", "us" or "our").
By accessing or using dendag, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.
1. The Service
dendag is a digital service that allows users to create and share calendars, indicate their availability on specific dates, and coordinate shared events.
The service is provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features later; we will tell you well in advance, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, restrict or remove features of the service, as well as to temporarily or permanently suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
2. Age Requirements and Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use dendag.
If you use the service on behalf of a company, organisation or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.
3. User Accounts and Login
Certain features of dendag may be used without creating a user account. These include, among other things, the ability to indicate availability and participate in events.
Creating calendars and events requires you to log in using Google or a one-time code sent to your email address.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide in connection with logging in is accurate and that you have control over the email address used.
You are responsible for all activity carried out through your user account. If you suspect unauthorised access to or misuse of your account, you must contact us immediately at support@dendag.dk.
4. User Content and Sharing
You retain ownership of and all intellectual property rights to the content you create or submit through dendag, including calendars, names, dates, events and related information ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free and limited right to store, process, copy and display such content to the extent necessary to operate, maintain and provide dendag. This right applies for as long as the relevant content remains available through the service.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you create, share or otherwise make available through dendag. You must ensure that your content does not violate applicable laws or infringe the rights of any third party.
Calendar Sharing
Calendars on dendag are accessible to anyone who has access to the relevant calendar link. You are therefore responsible for sharing calendar links only with individuals you wish to grant access to the calendar's contents.
You must not publish or share information through the service that you do not wish to make available to individuals who have access to the relevant link.
Calendar feeds can be accessed without logging in through a dedicated link. You are responsible for protecting this link against unauthorised access. You may generate a new calendar feed link at any time through the service.
5. Acceptable Use
When using dendag, you agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or submit content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, hateful or otherwise offensive;
- Submit, process or share personal data relating to other individuals without a valid legal basis;
- Use the service for spam, unsolicited marketing or other unwanted communications;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts, calendars, data or the underlying systems of the service;
- Interfere with, overload or otherwise negatively affect the functionality or availability of the service;
- Systematically collect or extract data from the service;
- Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or technical implementation of the service, unless permitted under mandatory applicable law;
- Circumvent technical limitations or security measures implemented in the service; or
- Use automated systems to mass-create accounts, calendars or other content without our prior permission.
We reserve the right to take action against activities that violate these Terms.
6. Suspension, Termination and Deletion
We reserve the right to remove User Content and temporarily suspend or permanently terminate user accounts if we determine that these Terms have been violated, or if a user's conduct poses a security risk or may otherwise cause harm to the service, us or other users.
Calendars and associated content may also be automatically deleted after certain periods of time, in accordance with the principles and retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.
You may stop using dendag and delete your user account at any time through the account settings on the service.
7. Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties
dendag is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We strive to ensure that the service is stable and functions properly, but we do not guarantee that dendag will be available at all times, operate without interruptions or errors, or meet every individual user's needs and expectations.
We also do not guarantee that User Content or other data will be stored permanently or without risk of loss, corruption or unavailability.
You are responsible for ensuring that important information and arrangements created or coordinated through dendag are stored elsewhere if they are of particular importance to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect loss, consequential damages or other resulting losses, including loss of data, arrangements, plans, revenue or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of dendag or your inability to access the service.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as excluding or limiting liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or as restricting any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend and update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on dendag.dk. The date of the latest update will be displayed at the top of this page.
In the event of material changes, we will, where relevant, notify users by email or through a notification within the service.
Your continued use of dendag after amended Terms have taken effect shall be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with Danish law.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of dendag shall be settled by the Danish courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
If you use dendag as a consumer, these Terms do not affect any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
